Executive Office facilities including reception, waiting lounges, boardrooms & private suites for top executives as part of their new London HQ Building in St.Martins-Le-Grand. Although Nomura was Japan’s leading banking & stock trading institution, the overall styling was unmistakably British, with a strong David Hicks signature.

Suntory UK Head Quarters Offices, London

Full Interior Design services for the relocation and expansion of Suntory’s UK Head Quarters in the exclusive St James’ area of London.

Originally formed over 100 years ago in Osaka, Suntory was Japan’s oldest brewing company, and is now a worldwide operation covering drinks, food & leisure activities. Their London HQ needed to reflect this international status, coupled with their long established history.

Emirates Aviation College & Training Centre

Emirates Airlines first Training Centre & Aviation College aimed at both new Emirates crew, and international airline crew training.

The iconic building was designed by Brewer Smith Brewer Gulf as Architects, with ID covering facilities for Reception Areas, Training Auditorium, Seminar Rooms, Flight Simulators & Executive Offices.

Sultan Al Owais Cultural Foundation

Founded originally in 1994, the Sultan Al Owais Cultural Foundation was given it’s permanent home in 2001, with extensive facilities by Architects Fraser Nag Partnership, including exhibition areas, specialist arabic library, 400-seat performance auditorium, meeting & press halls, and corporate offices

It’s aim is to promote and foster arabic culture & science, so the interiors blended traditional arabic elements with a modern aesthetic, to create elegant, timeless spaces where the exhibits and art pieces hold centre stage.

Gateway Towers Palm Jumeirah

Interior Design for all Public Areas of this landmark office development destined to straddle the entrance of The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai in conjunction with Architects W.S.Atkins & DWP.

The finished development will comprise two luxury commercial towers, one ear-marked as corporate HQ for Dubai’s leading holding company, and a third tower for freehold deluxe apartments.

Extensive public areas include special VIP entrances, tiered auditorium, café precinct for staff dining, meeting room & presentation suites, retail concourse, and a food court for Atlantis monorail users.

London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery

Originally set up in 1990 based in Harley Street, London, the Dubai surgery for LCAS was finished in 2008 at Dubai Heath Care City, and provided the world famous plastic surgeon brothers, Roberto & Maurizio Viel with their prestigious Middle East headquarters.

The luxurious clinic facilities provide Consultation & Treatment Rooms, with Class 2 Operating Theatres for their pioneering plastic surgery treatments to the rich & famous.

Al Waha Development, Tripoli, Libya.

Full Interior Design services for 28-storey Office Tower and retail Mall Areas as part of a total 265,000sq.m mixed-use development located on the Airport Road, Tripoli, in conjunction with Architects, Atkins Middle East.

 

Al Waha is a 50/50 J.V. landmark project between Al Maabar of Abu Dhabi and LIDCO of Libya and will represent a modern interpretation of Libya's rich cultural heritage with specific inspirations drawn from the UNESCO listed oasis town Ghadamis, the mosaic, and the Oasis. (Project currently 'on hold' due to political instability in Libya.)
